We are a reservation-based pet taxi service. Our service hours are 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM, but you can book rides 24/7 in advance, including early morning and late-night pick-ups.

💳 Pricing and Waiting Fees
Our rates are calculated based on distance and time. In case of flight delays, we will wait for you, but please note that a waiting fee of 1,200 yen per hour applies. If parking is required to enter the airport terminal for pick-up, parking fees will be charged separately. Please confirm with us in advance to avoid any misunderstandings.

For example, a one-way trip from Narita Airport to Haneda Airport is approximately
22,440 yen (including highway tolls, excluding parking/waiting fees).
This is a flat, pre-confirmed fare — no hidden charges. Please contact us for other routes and detailed estimates.
